Located at the intersection of the A4 and E411 motorways in Arlon, the new four-star hotel of the Dutch Van der Valk hotel chain has 118 rooms in the vertical section of the building. The base of the building includes the lobby, eleven conference rooms (1,200 m²) including an exceptionally large 600 m² room, two restaurants, two bars, storage areas and technical rooms. The hotel rises to a total height of 46 m on 14 levels. The foundations are anchored on shale which is between 3 and 4 m deep.

The cantilevered rooms on the third floor are one of the building's special features. These are four extra rooms compared to the other floors located at each end of the corridor, thus creating two 8.4 m overhangs. Most of this structure was assembled on the ground before securing it to the main structure, which avoided the need for expensive scaffolding.
