This administrative building is located in the new Cloche d´Or district in Luxembourg. The volume composition, broken down into three vertical slats, stems from the city's master plan: a section of shared spaces, which contains the circulation systems, technical rooms and secondary spaces, is surrounded by two sections of serviced spaces which only contain offices, erected like a shelf following a 90 cm grid which allows great flexibility of layout.
