Located in the centre of Esch-sur-Alzette, the Canal 44 project will offer 73 apartments distributed across four residences. Concerning the residence along Rue du Canal, the existing building will be raised by two floors and supplemented with an extension. The other three residences located at the back, in the heart of the block, will be new builds on four levels. Two underground levels accommodate 90 parking spaces, individual storage units and various technical rooms. The existing building is part of the town's heritage and will be rehabilitated according to the regulations in force to offer 300 m² of services on the ground floor.
