Obtaining WELL Silver Certification for our Luxembourg offices:

A source of pride and a commitment to employee well-being

We are proud to announce that our Luxembourg offices have been awarded WELL Silver certification, an international recognition of our commitment to the well-being and health of our employees. This certification, issued by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), evaluates buildings according to seven key criteria that contribute to the health and well-being of occupants:

  1. Air: Indoor air quality is essential for health and productivity. WELL Silver certification ensures that our offices have a high-performance ventilation system that regularly refreshes the air and filters out pollutants. In addition, regular air quality measurements are carried out to ensure that it remains within recommended limits.
  2. Water: Access to quality water is essential for health. Our employees have free access to mineral water in the offices (and on our worksites). In addition, awareness campaigns are conducted to promote responsible water consumption.
  3. Light: Lighting plays an important role in health and well-being. WELL Silver certification ensures that our offices have adequate lighting that promotes visual comfort and productivity. In addition, access to natural light is maximized thanks to numerous windows.
  4. Sound: Noise can be a source of stress and distraction. WELL Silver certification ensures that our offices are designed to minimize noise and create a comfortable acoustic environment. Sound-absorbing materials are used in the premises and quiet workspaces are made available to employees.
  5. Thermal comfort: Temperature and humidity are important factors for thermal comfort. WELL Silver certification ensures that our offices have a high-performance heating and air conditioning system that maintains a constant temperature and humidity throughout the year.
  6. Mental health: Mental well-being is just as important as physical well-being. WELL Silver certification ensures that our offices have relaxation and conviviality areas where employees can relax and recharge. In addition, mental health promotion programs are implemented to support employees.
  7. Physical activity: It is essential for health and well-being. We encourage our employees to engage in regular physical activity. At our company, the stairs are the best way to get to the upper floors.
