Shaped by recent societal, technological, and environmental developments, BOTANICA offers a unique experience to its future occupants.

BOTANICA provides a hyper-connected, all-in-one location for countless experiences, enabling a perfect balance between professional life, social life, leisure, and personal development. Immersion in nature is at the heart of the BOTANICA experience. Its 2.1-hectare park, featuring natural ponds, offers a unique working environment that evolves with the seasons. The vegetation and harmonious architecture create a calming atmosphere in the heart of the city and its business district, the Cloche d'Or.

BOTANICA is committed to sustainable development, combining resource efficiency, the use of bio-based materials, and new technologies. BOTANICA contributes to restoring biodiversity and combating climate change by creating a new green lung, a true urban oasis.

Codic has selected CBL for the first phase of the project. We will be building the first three buildings, A, B, and C, on a ground floor area of 5,800 m². The three buildings consist of 7 floors, offering a total surface area of 15,000 m², and 2 basement levels with a surface area of 20,000 m², providing 188 parking spaces.

Ultimately, BOTANICA is revolutionizing the workspace by creating a true 'Office Resort'. This unique complex brings together offices, a hotel, restaurants, shops, and relaxation areas to offer a perfect balance between work and personal life. No more choosing: BOTANICA is a campus where you can work, recharge, and live life to the fullest.
