Construction of a senior residence
CBL built the ELOGIA seniors’ residence complex near the Parc des Expositions in Metz. It consists of 2 blocks of 76 housing units and 450 m² of shared premises (reception, gym, library, sitting rooms and hair salon) opening onto two terraces. Designed in a U shape with a garden in the each central courtyard, the 2 buildings are of type R+3. The overall surface area of the building is 5,600 m², for a footprint of approximately 2,000 m².
