The project involved the construction of a 1,000-space and direct access car park on four levels and the extension of the Cora supermarket. The retail area has been doubled to about 8,200 m² and supplemented by stores, workshops, offices and various premises.
Following the extension, the surface area of the Bram-Konen store has increased by 30% to ± 10,000 m².
