BuzzCity is an extensive complex of four linked office buildings. It rests on a common base consisting of two underground car parks. The project achieved "Very Good" BREEAM certification. In addition, it is composed of a precast concrete structure based on a raft foundation with Zementol-type waterproofing. Elegant ceramic edging decorates the aluminium curtain walls, enhancing the appeal of the site. Laid out as open spaces, the offices are built with raised floors and reversible ceilings. The landscaping complements the office complex to create a pleasant effect.
