Greensquare is set among grounds covering over one hectare. The complex is a group of six five-storey buildings interconnected by three common nodes. This project is part of a wider development involving the construction of a business district in Hamm (Germany).
The basement consists of car parks and technical rooms as well as a reception area housing a 250-seat auditorium. A paved outdoor esplanade lined with contemporary gardens with seating areas is at the centre of the buildings. The complex has achieved "Excellent" BREEAM certification and belongs to the AAA energy performance class.
