Construction of a mixed-use building

This beautiful nine-storey mixed-use building accommodates 20 apartments and duplexes of different sizes (from studios to four-bedroom apartments), with balconies or loggias. Retail units occupy the ground floor of the building, while the second, third and fourth floors are composed of offices. The rest of the building includes underground car parking areas and storage units on two levels.
The high quality finishes are the result of the work of our Finishing department. The building's whole concrete structure is cast on site, with the exception of some walls and staircases. The pile foundation features a raft of concrete and embedded waterproof walls. The partly post-stressed mushroom slabs are cast in place.
