Located close to the airport, this project includes a 31-unit residence over an underground car park on four levels. We are only carrying out the structural works under the contract. Thanks to our double-wall construction method, we were able to offer a more competitive price, while meeting the deadline imposed by the client. However, it was necessary to convince this new client and the architect of the quality of exposed concrete finishes. This was made possible thanks to our effective coordination with Codess, CBL's partner design office.
