Eaglestone has just entrusted CBL with The Arc near the central station of Luxembourg-City, a project involving the reconstruction of 2 large obsolete buildings whose Art Deco style facades are listed. Rising over 7 levels, the buildings will house underground car parks and retail areas under the arcades on the ground floor. There will be four apartments on the first floor with access to a green roof. The upper floors will be laid out with offices with the addition of 2 new floors on the roof. The project promises to be a real logistical challenge given the lack of space available on the road.
