This 5-building complex built in 1988, and subsequently renamed "Moonar", is located in Senningerberg, near Luxembourg Airport. The aim of this renovation project is to upgrade the entire site including not just offices (20,000 m²) but also car parks (25,000 m²) and green spaces (16,000 m²).
The outer envelope will be completely renovated: facelift, new waterproofing on the roof and new frames. Thanks to these frames and the installation of new techniques, the building is aiming for the “BREEAM Very Good” environmental certification. The contract includes new sanitary facilities as well as all the usual finishes (paintwork, etc.)
