Botanica, an office resort will be built by CBL
CBL to build Luxembourg's first Office Resort.
Codic has chosen CBL to build the first phase. We will build the first 3 buildings A, B and C with a floor area of 5,800 m². The 3 buildings are made up of 7 storeys with a floor area of 15,000 m² and 2 basement storeys with a floor area of 20,000 m², providing 188 parking spaces.
Ultimately, BOTANICA will revolutionise the workplace by creating a true ‘Office Resort’.
