New order: confirmation of lots 2, 4, and 5 of the Brooklyn project

After successfully completing the construction of parcel 1, we are pleased to announce the confirmation of the orders for parcels 2, 4, and 5 of the Brooklyn project, developed by Eaglestone.

This large-scale project, located in Bonnevoie, Luxembourg, embodies a new urban dynamic, combining residential units, commercial spaces, and high-performance environmentally friendly buildings.

Parcel 2 – Residential building with 33 units

Parcel 2 involves the construction of a residential building comprising 33 apartments, spread across 5 above-ground levels, resting on a shared 2-level basement.

  • Total surface area: 5,427 m²

  • Construction period: from October 10, 2025, to September 23, 2027

This building will contribute to the expansion of the residential offering in the Brooklyn district, within a modern and high-quality environment.

Parcel 4 – Commercial building “The Bridge”

Parcel 4 covers the construction of the commercial building "The Bridge", which will comprise 6 above-ground levels, also resting on a shared 2-level basement.

This building stands out for its environmental ambition: it will be the first building in Luxembourg to be certified "CARBON FOOTPRINT NEUTRAL", marking a significant milestone in sustainable construction.

  • Total surface area: 6,352 m²

  • Construction period: from October 10, 2025, to January 20, 2028

Space allocation:

  • Half of the ground floor will be delivered in casco state

  • The other half of the ground floor and the first floor will house a future police station

  • Floors 2 to 5 will be allocated to office spaces for the City of Luxembourg (not included in our current scope)

Parcel 5 – Mixed-use building: residential / commercial

Parcel 5 includes the construction of a mixed-use building composed of 22 residential units and a commercial space delivered in casco state.

  • 5 above-ground levels

  • Shared 2-level basement

  • Total surface area: 4,313 m²

  • Construction period: from October 10, 2025, to July 29, 2027

This building is part of a functional mix approach, enhancing the attractiveness and vitality of the neighborhood.
