Nouvelle commande: Wunne mat der Wooltz - Wiltz

The Wunne Mat Der Wooltz project, located in Wiltz in Quarter Q5, includes reinforced concrete structural work, including deep foundations, on behalf of the Fond du Logement. This ambitious construction site involves four residential buildings.

A major residential complex

Each of the four planned buildings consists of one basement level and 4 to 5 above-ground floors. The entire main structure is designed as cast-in-place concrete, ensuring strength, durability and high-quality execution.

In the superstructure, the load-bearing system adopted is of the column / mushroom slab type, providing significant architectural flexibility and excellent structural performance. The project also includes prefabricated concrete exterior walkways, as specified in the contract.
