Project delivered: B&B Hotels- Quartier Cloche d'Or, Gasperich

We are proud to announce the delivery of the very first B&B Hotels in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, located in the heart of the dynamic Cloche d'Or district in Gasperich. This ambitious project marks a new stage in the country's hotel development, and we are delighted to have contributed to it.

A major project

The hotel has 150 rooms spread over 6 levels, with a total surface area of 5,416 m² above ground and 2,170 m² below ground. The project was carried out to meet tight deadlines, with high standards of quality for both the concrete structure and the interior finishes.

Efficiency and precision: the keys to success

The success of this project is based on rigorous organisation and optimised logistics. To ensure that the schedule was kept to, our warehouse supplied a number of prefabricated elements, including :

35 m³ of concrete for the stairs (3.3 tonnes of steel),

Around 2,100 m² of facade walls,

120 m³ of concrete for caps (9.5 tonnes of steel).

This approach saved precious time on site, while maintaining a high level of quality.

Adaptability to unforeseen circumstances

In view of the sometimes adverse weather conditions, the building was temporarily closed off before the windows were installed. This solution enabled the interior work to continue efficiently without interruption.
