The extensive Andara project includes 22 apartment blocks and houses with 2 to 65 apartments covering a total surface area of 67,458 m². The buildings are rated BB in terms of energy performance (low energy usage). The apartments are fitted with a dual-flow ventilation system with heat exchanger.
All are built to very high standards in terms of fittings and finishes: wood/aluminum joinery, electric blinds, full height doors, forced-air floor heating system, etc. The apartments are designed for maximum natural light penetration: very large windows and French windows, glass railings. Most homes in the Andara district are fitted with innovative home automation equipment, which definitely adds value in terms of comfort, savings and security.
