This project is part of the new Andara district in Cessange. The Résidence 23 “Carbone” project is a mixed-use apartment and retail building, built as a general contractor. The building includes 64 apartments and 6 retail units delivered “casco” (i.e. as shells, not fitted). The total surface area is distributed over seven roofed levels, from -2 to +4. All the fixed exterior amenities were also part of the contract.
