A next phase following on îlot D South, in the development of the Cloche d´Or complex, this new residential district houses 194 apartments spread over six buildings. These are high-end housing units, designed and built in the same architectural line as the buildings composing the A blocks. 20 units will also be sold as affordable housing. All the façades will be clad in natural stone.
The balconies of the apartments will be facing towards the green spaces. Each housing unit will be rated AAA in terms of energy performance. All will be equipped with the latest technologies, including independent WiFi based home automation which will allow residents to control their entire home (security, heating, etc.) remotely. The two underground car park levels will have 232 spaces.
