Located on the Esch-Belval site, the multi-purpose building includes a hotel with more than 80 rooms, a restaurant, a bank, but also offices and apartments. The building is made up of two separate volumes, distinguished by completely different façades. The supporting structure is a mix of steel and concrete, as is the central core, which is composed of eight composite steel columns.
