Having completed lots 2, 51 (screeds and coverings) and 81 (finishing works), we will soon carry out works, in temporary partnership with Costantini and Xardel, on lot 48, west side, involving asbestos removal, demolition, earthworks, special foundations, structural work and waterproofing for the construction of a new administrative building. The building will have a total surface area of 33,600 m² spread over nine levels. It will bring together under one roof all the departments of the Secretariat General of the European Parliament in Luxembourg, currently scattered in six locations across the city of Luxembourg.
