This office building located on the corner of two streets, in the city centre, consists of nine levels in total. Two underground levels totalling a surface area of 1,960 m² accommodate the car park (50 spaces), technical and filing rooms. Of the seven above-ground levels covering a total surface area of 6,574 m², the ground floor is reserved for retail units and the upper six floors are divided into offices. The building has obtained the coveted BREEAM certification with a “Very Good” rating.
